Scrap and Stamp...

and a little more Rusty Pickle + Creative Charms.

The challenge this week at Scrap and Stamp is to make a layout about YOU. It can be you as a child or now, it can even be about something YOU like...just make it all YOU. Oh, and of course, it needs to have stamping on it. :) And our sponsor this week is one of my favorites! You see her stuff on my blog all the time: Say It With Letters. So check out the challenge and prize here.

And now to the layout I made for this challenge. Remember that new, really BOYISH, line from Rusty Pickle called Shazaam? Well I used it to make this layout:

And those gems and that pretty flower are from Creative Charms. Those stamps are from Scenic Route and were a gift from my friend Dawn. :)

I really hope you play along with us this week at Scrap and Stamp, we need some more people to do that! :)

And have an awesome Saturday!!! Tonight I am performing in a Christmas program...wish me luck!

Boys and their Toys

Well, I finished a fun mini album today for ScrapLovers.  The album, chipboard and buttons are all from Maya Road and can be found here and here.  The papers and die cuts and all from the Appleton collection from Scenic Route and can be found here.  I loved doing this album, it was a lot of fun....now bring on the pictures (there's quite a few...and remember, click on any of them to view them bigger)...

ScrapLovers sent me lots of goodies this month.  My first two reveals are from the Appleton Collection by Scenic Route.  I had a lot of fun with this collection.  And on the 20th you will see more of this collection in some fabulous mini albums.  Can't we to show you those.  :)  You can find the Appleton collection here.  For now, here are the LO's I did:

My July Coco'nutty Creations

Here's what I did so far with my July kit from the Coconut ScrapShop:

And I am working on this cool mini book with the July kit too. I will post that when I am done. Isn't this kit cool! It was designed by Alexandra Hobson. It is filled with goodies. Guess who is designing next month's kit...me! Yep...I had fun picking it all out. It will feature this new line that is just AWESOME and some of my favorites too.

And, I am sure you are wondering about what happened with the last challenge from Scrapbooks, etc. Did I win? Well...it looks like it...I am not sure that it is completely over yet, but I am ahead by 67 votes! :) Thank you SO MUCH for everyone who voted for me...you guys are AWESOME!!!

Sad times? Scrapbook!

Today I was a bit bummed. See, we put a bid in on a house we really like, but found out today that the bank accepted an offer that came in right before ours. Anyways, so I thought I would try to scrapbook to cheer myself up. And it worked! And the boys actually let me scrapbook! They played with stickers while I made a couple pages. Before long, I had forgot about everything. I had so much fun. It feels like forever since I scrapbooked much. And I hope to scrapbook some tonight too!!! The laundry and cleaning doesn't really need done--does it?
