I made a couple of wedding cards last night. Here they are:
I started with a white card. I used a screen and some glimmer mist to create a pattern on the background. Then I added rub-on's and embellishments that went with the "growing" theme. I wanted to use bare chipboard, but thought adding some glitter to it would make it a little more pretty. I wanted to stitch on my chipboard, so I added a charm to one side and then put two stitches on the other side right by each other to symbolize the two individuals.
Supplies:
Glimmer Mist and Glimmer Screen--Tattered Angels, Cardstock--Xerox, Rub-on's--Hambly, Flower Border--Crate Paper, Flower--Prima, Charm--Jewel Craft LLC, Glitter--Stickles from Ranger Industries, Stamp--Unity Stamp Co., Ink--Stampin' Up!, Thread--Prism, Lace--unknown
This one was tough for me. I kept making stupid mistakes and then trying to fix them. I stamped congrats on the label but it was really crocked. So I stamped it on that green piece of paper and taped over it. I also ripped the card, and so I put glitter all around the card to cover the tear. I am just glad it is done and I can put it away. It turned out not at all how I envisioned it in the beginning. Oh well. :)
Supplies:
White Cardstock--Xerox, Printed Transparency--Hambly, Rub-On's--Hambly, Gems--Hero Arts, Ribbons--Stampin' Up!, Paper--Making Memories, Stamp (Congrats)--Stampin' Up!, Ink and Embossing Powder--Stampin' Up!, Chipboard label--SEI, Glitter--Stickles from Ranger Industries
