Scrap and Stamp Saturday

**Scroll down for my MLS giveaway!!!!

Hi everyone! It's Saturday, that means a new challenge over at Scrap and Stamp. The challenge this week is to make a layout that uses paint! Jowilna posted a fabulous paint-resist technique over at Scrap and Stamp and I just had to try it out on my layout. Here's my layout:

And here are the close up's...

You can see that paint technique on this close up. I took a foam stamp and painted it with cream paint and stamped on white cardstock. Then I sprayed Glimmer Mist over everything. After that, I took a paper towel and wiped the Glimmer Mist off the paint. I added more stamping with brown ink on top of everything.

I stamped a border around my whole layout with one rosette stamp over and over again. You may also notice from this picture that I sprayed my lace with Glimmer Mist too.

Wanted to show you this picture to show that the Glimmer Glass corner piece (from Tattered Angels) is popped up a little. I did this with Helmar Liquid Scrap Dots. The rest of the layout was put together using my Helmar Quick Fix Adhesive runner.

I just had to add a bit of stitching to my layout. :)

Well I hope you play along with us at Scrap and Stamp this week!
Have a fantastic Saturday!
